During the colder darker months of Winter, I often struggle with motivation and focus. Getting home from work in the dark and trying to find the means to be creative is very difficult. I visited my local rubbish tip today, they have an Age UK charity shop next door where you can donate items that are still useful. I love to go on hunts for unusual items in second hand shops and in nature, trinket pots I can hide creatures in, nicely shaped stones I can use in dioramas and acorn and snail shells I have yet to find a use for, but were too pretty to pass on collecting up.
